In the evening, you can enjoy the excellent meals prepared by your hostess.
The menu, accompanied by regional wine, is varied and offers you the best
ingredients of the season.
Every evening a different dish is served.
A sample!
Aperitif: Maury or Muscat of Rivesaltes.
First course: Lettuce with anchovy of Collioure.
Main course: Guinea fowl, croquettes and pickled pears in vinegar of
Banyuls.
Cheese: A variety of French cheeses.
Or Dessert: Catalan pudding.
Coffee
Wine: White, rosé of red Côtes du Roussillon Villages AOC.
All included.

Every time the weather is fine we have dinner and breakfast
outside on one of the terraces.
